4. Cancellations:

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Battery Power Solutions and accept Battery Power Solutions's decision regarding the cancellation. - Inaccuracies or errors in Product or pricing information.
- Limitations on quantities available for purchase.
- Any other reasons beyond reasonable control of Battery Power Solutions.
- Availability of material.
5. Refund policy:

          Items purchased from Battery Power Solutions may be replaced in case of 'defect' or 'damage' (subject to the condition) but are not eligible for return or refund. Replacement may take up to 10-15 working days.

          For failed transaction Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed by reversing the mode of payment. The normal time for such refunds to is 10-15 working days.

          Delivery Charges are non refundable.
